Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Egypt for Poultry has approved the board of directors’ recommendation to not distribute cash dividends for 2016, in order to offset the losses of previous years.

The OGM also approved the board and auditor’s reports for last year, according to the company’s statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

Annual financial statements showed that the company has achieved profits of EGP 174,990 in the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2016.
